Greg Taylor’s passion for his community is evident through his service to others. His enthusiasm and practical experience will make him an asset to the Senate.

Taylor, an attorney, has worked in a variety of capacities for law firms around the city of Indianapolis. He worked at the firms of Johnson Smith, LLP and Locke Reynolds, LLP, where he practiced in the firm’s Government & Regulatory Services and Business Services Groups. Currently he is Senior Counsel for Coleman Stevenson, LLC.

Taylor also worked for the Business Development Division of the Indiana Department of Commerce, where he was responsible for job creation and development and brought many new jobs to the state.

Taylor serves as a member of and a volunteer for a number of local organizations, including the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program, the Julian Center and the Major Taylor Foundation. He is also on the City of Indianapolis Equal Opportunity Advisory Board, the Indiana Economic Development Board and the Department of Public Works Board.

Taylor earned both his bachelor’s degree and law degree from Indiana University. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association.  

Taylor resides in Indianapolis with his wife, Danielle, and their three children. They attend Great Light Church.
